Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching has its origin since the 1970s, proven and used successfully with entrepreneurs,  performers, athletes, politicians and even the military. NLP and its related programs have helped thousands of people from around the world, just like you and me, to enhance job skills, business skills, leadership skills, mental health, child development, quality of relationships and achieve financial outcomes, as well as to accelerate desired changes in all areas of life.

This is an accelerated Learning Program because the founders carved out essential and practical coaching skills, which are sufficient to achieve most desired goals in life, with strong focus on process and techniques, rather than theories. The entire Learning Program involves at least 3 branches of coaching techniques, with 3 certifications, along with the option to include the 4th branch on Hypnotherapy and be certified as a Hypnotherapist by The American Board of Hypnotherapy. Together, the Programs will cover concepts and principles that are fundamental and general enough to allow coaches to design solutions for wide areas of application, along with knowledge, processes and techniques that are specific and easy for new coaches to utilise immediately.

Therefore, this Coaching Certification Program have been described to meet, if not exceed, all existing coaching standards in the world. Other than framework, models, processes and theories, NLP Coach will be equipped with easily learnable actual practical techniques to use. One key ingredient to NLP Coaching's success is in its approaches that involve the integration of conscious and unconscious minds, dealing with emotions and other mental functions that are unconscious yet crucial for any significant psychological or behavioural transformation.

It has been long established that everyone has a conscious mind and an unconscious mind. Many people are not aware of their unconscious mind hence might have neglected its needs over the years, which in turn may cause adverse effects to emotional and mental health. Hypnosis allows us to connect with our unconscious mind so that we can make positive changes to our emotional and mental health related challenges. The most common usage may involve stress, sleeping disorder or anxiety. Or, just simply reduce stress and learn to relax.

At the successful completion of the Program, the learner will be certified as a Coach by The American Board of NLP Coaching Division as well as earning admission as a Hypnotherapist to The American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH) and will be able to start offering professional coaching services in the desired areas, usually related to previous skills and experiences.
