Alisalman is a headstrong, reliable and passionate individual who has assisted countless people to transform their lives. Driven by his insatiable hunger to create a difference in the world, Ali has designed a thorough curriculum / content on Personal Development for individuals and organizations, and has successfully delivered it to Aga Khan Community. He also works as an Early Childhood Development Consultant for Parents and Teachers at schools.

He is a firm believer that a person’s success lies in their belief system - the stronger their belief is, the more likely they can succeed. His singular belief in the magic of believing has driven him to spend the last five years of his life working closely with parents, teachers and children to teach them the art of creating and cultivating one’s own beliefs.

He holds the view that at the core, every individual has a unique way of thinking, yet over time, their inner voice is silenced by the beliefs of the society. It is his hope to play his part in shaping a generation of children who know how to think intelligently and independently.
