Chinatsu formerly worked in the financial industry - SMBC in Japan, Thomson Reuters and Man Investments – British hedge fund. She left the financial industry and joined the NLP world thereafter. In 2015, she founded NLP Coaching Association Pte Ltd in Singapore specialising in NLP and NLP Coaching. She went to become an NLP Master Trainer (ABNLP) and Hypnosis Master Trainer (ABH). 

Her strength is most definitely in NLP Coaching - both in business and life, and she excels in personal one-on-one and group coaching as well. To date she has given coaching to more than a thousand clients. She also conducts the NLP Certification Courses - Practitioner level and Master Practitioner level certified by ABNLP and over 2,000 professional NLP coaches have graduated under her guidance. Her students are mainly Japanese who are based all over the world -about 30 countries and many have received a high evaluation score.

She has experiences in giving Corporate Training in Business and Management Consultancy Services. Some of the highlights are: Business Strategic Meeting in a Japanese company in Thailand, Leadership Training in a Japanese company in Thailand and Business Coaching and Leadership Training in European global company in a Japan office to resolve the cross-cultural communication issues. All of these while simultaneously holding NLP Certification Courses, NLP Coaching and Corporate Trainings all over the world. Despite the challenges of the current world affairs that resulted in a swift online transition for her NLP training, her demand and reputation continues to grow.
