Foundation for Apprentice Leadership 1 (FAL)
For Whom: Students Ages 13-17
Purpose: Our Foudation for Apprentice Leadership (FAL) 1 programme will help your child(ren) to nurture strong mental health, build self-confidence, learn important life skills, cultivate self-motivations and the right habits to achieve success, as well as to enjoy continuous learning. As a result, your child(ren) will improve in many areas including academic achievement, emotional management, skill development, mental health, time management, higher order thinking and learning abilities.
From dependence towards independence, a weekly programme for students to become an effective person and succeed in life.

15 weekly 2.0-hour sessions.

Being an internationally recognized Coach & NLP Trainer for The American Board of NLP (ABNLP), a Hypnotherapy Instructor for The American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), Master Time Line Therapy® Trainer and a TTT Certified HRD Trainer (HRD), he founded Wisdom Woods, an academy which offers learning programmes for children and adults, as well as coaching and research services.
He teaches and coaches children and adults in the area of academic success, business leadership & management, career development, decisions & strategies, emotions & health, family, relationships & parenting, goal realization and habit cultivation.
Having been a Group CEO, COO and GM for several companies, he has accumulated experiences in starting and managing companies in a variety of industries, including logistics, software engineering, property development, business consulting and education.

About Foundation for Apprentice Leadership (FAL)
Today, many parents send their children to
classes in music, dances, arts and sports to equip
them with additional skills. Such practice is commendable since our world
continues to become ever so competitive and having such healthy hobbies is
always useful to accompany a child’s growth.
We hope to introduce to you an ability, which is rare in supply, yet very important for the daily lives and development of children, and in fact for adults too. Self-leadership is the ability to achieve personal victory. Whether or not we are, or aspire to become, a leader, self-leadership allows us to take charge and become an effective person to succeed in life.

Our contents and methodologies are drawn from an inventory of psychology research and
concepts of gurus in related areas.
Other than theories and concepts, the small classes will
allow students to experience hands on
practical skill exercises, and in fact, having the opportunity to bring
into class real life situations. At
the end of the programme, parents are invited to witness an Achievement Session, where your
child(ren) will share their accomplishment from the programme.
