Being an internationally recognized Coach & NLP Trainer for The American Board of NLP (ABNLP), a Hypnotherapy Instructor for The American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH), Master Time Line Therapy® Trainer and a TTT Certified HRD Trainer (HRD), he founded Wisdom Woods, an academy which offers learning programmes for children and adults, as well as coaching and research services.

There are all types of important conversations we are faced with, especially at our workplace. Many people shy away from such conversation as best they can, often sacrificing an important outcome that could have been achieved. If you are holding a leadership or management role, often you have no choice but to face crucial but challenging conversations head on. However, such conversations need not be so painful. We have developed a structured model where you can learn to use in many types of conversations to achieve the outcomes that you want and we label this positively as 'High Impact Conversations'. In other words, you should start with the mindset of wanting to achieve a high impact outcome from the important conversations you will be having.

 

The framework can be generally applied to the following high impact conversations:
